Many thanks to the young, passionate and talented lawyers Yurii Zhuk and Kostiantyn Chetvertak who took on a difficult, dirty case of corruption and embezzlement in the Zenit condominium.
For 3 years, the Pechersk Police Department unsuccessfully conducted a pre-trial investigation into the embezzlement of UAH 1.5 million from the bank accounts of the Zenit condominium by its former chairman. None of the lawyers wanted to take on this hopeless case.
Thanks to Yurii and Kostiantyn, the case was sent to the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv for further consideration, and the residents of Zenit condominium have hope that their money will be returned.
